We are always happy to help.

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

## 1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within *1–3 business days* after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take additional time.

## 2. Shipping Time

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately *5–10 business days after processing*.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically stated on the product page.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

## 3. Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

## 4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take *24–72 hours* to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

If tracking information does not immediately show movement, please allow additional time for the carrier's system to update.

## 5. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur because of:

* Severe weather.
* Carrier delays.
* Holidays.
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
* High shipping volume.
* Customs or other transportation issues.
* Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and available options.

## 6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

## 7. Lost or Missing Packages

If the carrier's tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property and with household members, neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to request additional delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist you in determining the next steps.

## 8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product before disposing of any packaging materials.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

## 9. Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or shipping arrangements.

If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive at different times.

## 10. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

We remain committed to providing customers with appropriate order support and tracking information.
